Final reflections
What have I learned in this module?
We learned about design principles throughout the first week, and I think that they will be useful when it comes time to analyze or produce artwork in the future. Another important lesson I learned was that, regardless of how appealing and well-organized an artwork may be, One with more creativity and meaning is always superior
What I enjoyed the most?
Honestly, I liked all the projects and exercises but my favorite one was making the self-portrait. It is the first time the to create something like that although I was never an artist and wasn't very interested in making artworks. now I still am not pursuing to create digital art but when i did, it was very enjoyable.
What I did not enjoy the most
I can't think of anything that I did not like, But I do wish that all classes would be offline and every student is in class so the lecturer can have more fun time and engage with the students physically.
what have I learned about myself?
I did not know that I could create beautiful artwork, The ones that I made are not beautiful or anything but they ended better than I expected. I did not know that before and thanks to this module I got to know that about myself and I hope to learn more skills to draw although really wasn't interested in drawing before.
What has changed and what has not in my learning journey
Coming to Malaysia was a huge thing for me. This kind of education Is very different from what I experienced before and I'm still processing although It has been almost 4 months since this started. At first, I was really surprised and overwhelmed due to the level of education I'm getting because, for me, I think this is very advanced although technology is improving. Choosing to study here was one of the best decisions I ever made and I'm quite happy and grateful at the moment
What could be improved in this module
We did not waste any time on activities that had no use during the module, but I think it would have been wonderful to have a week where there was some sort of activity where the new students could talk and get to know one another better. The study plan was reasonable, and I had no issues with it.
