Task 1 / Research Presentation
Week 1
During the initial week of our collaborative design practice, Ms. Lilian introduced the module and provided us with a comprehensive overview. Subsequently, she organized us into groups based on our respective specializations. Following this, we had the opportunity to meet with students from Taylor's Business School who are, in essence, our clients for this project which was quite interesting
During our meeting with the clients, they introduced us to their product, "Kita-Keto," which is a frozen roti canai aimed at promoting a healthy diet and sustainable packaging. We took the opportunity to inquire about the product in detail, seeking clarification on various aspects. then we discussed their expectations for the final product.
After this we created a group chat and a design board in miro and then started the template for further process, research and user persona
Week 2
Our group started with focusing on the target audience, We divided each person each task and then designed the empathy map and the user personas
Then we put a deadline to do all these tasks by the given time
- Target audience
- Persona (Saturday)
- Questionnaire design
- Publish Questionnaire
- Questionnaire data (Monday before 12PM)
- Empathy map (Saturday)
- Problem statement (Sunday)
- Project document (Sunday)
- Presentation slides (Monday Night)
And then we compiled all of our work in presentation slides

REFLECTION
Experience: This is my first experience collaborating with a different school from Taylors. It was a little confusing and intimidating at first, but it's not too bad so far.
Observation: Although I find the way we work in this group to be fairly new and a little confusing, the group members' communication is currently not too bad. As a group leader, I typically plan everything, ask the other members of the group what kinds of tasks they would prefer to complete, and then assign each member a task to complete. however, things are fairly free-flowing here, and our leader hasn't really given me much assignments or tasks to do, but I'll give my best for this module.
Findings: My leg injury and site visits prevented me from attending the last two meetings. However, the presentation went fairly well and was well-organized.
