Reflection
It was kinda sad returning back here because this trip was one of the best memories I've ever experienced in my whole life and I will forever be grateful to be able to come to tokyo. Even now, two weeks later, I still enjoy thinking about the time I spent there. This trip made me realize how beautiful the world is and how nice so people are.
Experience that made me cry
On day 4 in tokyo, Friday it was snowing in the morning and that was the first time I'm seeing snow in my entire life. I decided to walk around asakusa alone in the snow not realizing how cold it would get. after a while my walking became slower and I started shivering. I had no choice but to go inside somewhere to warm myself up so I entered a place on my right which happened to be a dental clinic. I told the staff that I just came in because it was too cold outside and I'll I leave In a minute. As I was about to leave, One of the doctors tapped me from behind and asked me "are you okay" in English and turns out her english was quite good (most of them were really bad a speaking it) I said Im totally fine but she insisted to let me stay inside for a few more minutes. She put me in a chair, grabbed a warm cloth and wiped the snow off my clothes and gave me warm water. She made me stay until she made sure that I wasn't freezing anymore. Then I said I don't want to bother you more I'll be on my way now. She replied "this is the kind of thing that makes me happy" It was the nicest thing a stranger ever did to me in my whole life. As I walked outside I teared up realizing how selfless sometimes humans are and how nice they can be to one another. I still remember her name. It was "Chiyo"
I also met kazuma san, chiyo san, mayimi san and masuda san. These are all the random strangers that I got to know and talked to a lot for a while when I was there
Most of the time I travelled alone rather that staying with the group mates. but I think walking around tokyo by yourself is the best way to enjoy and embrace the beauty and understanding the culture and it's people
As a trip It was such an amazing experience for me. On day 3 we went to 21_21 design sight and mori art museum which was quite disappointing because there were so many better things to see and these places were on of the worst part of the trip in my opinion. Other than that miss anis, Mr asrizal were quite a vibe and the best lecturers to go on a trip with and I really enjoyed almost everything I did in japan
I'm glad to have been a part of this team and have them with us while we were in Japan because they were all very nice and enjoyable to be around.
